TFLC US is a General Contractor & Construction Management company, specializing in multifamily, hospitality and commercial construction. Our goal is to operate in partnership with our clients, helping to enhance the value of their assets. 

TFLC US was founded by Mariam Walker. With a passion for construction, she has built a reputation for excellence over the years. Our roots were established overseas, working with joint contracting command-Iraq/Afghanistan during operation Iraqi Freedom --- supporting General Petraeus office, the US embassy and the US State Department. We were proudly considered one of the most dependable contractors to rely on in this war-zone. We successfully accomplished 100s of projects - providing a variety of services for the US Army, Airforce, State Department and the US Embassy in Iraq. 

Our passion did not stop overseas, brining the same dedication to excellence to our clients here in the US. We have been working with real-estate investors to bring their investment property up to market value.
